I am an artist, adventurer, mother, wellness professional, and ordained officiant. I see creativity as therapy, sensitivity as a superpower, and nature as the ultimate teacher and healer.
Originally from northern Virginia, I went to college in Charleston, SC, traveled the world extensively and landed in the gorgeous Appalachian mountains over 15 years ago. I love to hike, mountain bike, and stand-up paddleboard. I also enjoy writing, and just released my first published poetry book (see link above).
I have been working in the healing arts for 20 years. I’ve taught everywhere from the Downtown Jail to retreats in the mountains. Currently I am practicing bodywork out of my office in Downtown Asheville and at Asheville Integrative Psychiatry.
